We aim to meet all our clients at least once a year as we feel nothing is better than face to face contact. For those customers in the UK and Western Europe there will of course be more frequent visits made by our offices in the UK and The Netherlands.

Once we have a good understanding of your business, we will constantly be looking for new products which we feel may meet your needs.

We have an extensive network of supply partners in China, Vietnam and Malaysia manufacturing aluminium, wood, leather, steel and glass built up over the past 15 years.

We are continuously evaluating new potential partners.

For better understanding of the opportunities, we arrange visits for you to our supply partners.

Economies of scale purchasing

Even though your particular requirements may not be significant in itself for our supply partners, we work with many other clients as well and combine to make a volume proposition for our manufacturers.

All inclusive costing

Our quotations include an all inclusive unit cost. There are no additional costs for product sourcing, inspections, or shipping.

You pay nothing until you are ready to proceed with actual samples.

	Sampling All samples are checked prior to dispatch and a full record is kept to ensure production matches an approved initial sample

	Production monitoring We are at the factory during the production process as necessary to ensure everything is running smoothly.

	Quality Assurance All orders are inspected to ensure they comply to the specification which you have confirmed.

	Shipping and delivery Consolidation of orders from different supply partners into one container to minimize your stock requirements. In countries where we have multiple clients, we accept smaller orders and consolidate  orders with other orders going to the same location. Door to door delivery.
