All orders are confirmed by a pro-forma invoice which will include the delivery time.

  Additional costs may be charged for sending smaller quantities or for orders supplied from multiple manufacturing sources.  This is to cover the increased costs of transportation. 

  These costs will be fully detailed in the pro-forma invoice and no additional costs will be charged at a later date.

  Standard payment terms are 30% deposit and balance 70% before shipment by telegraphic (wire) transfer or a letter of credit at sight for the full amount.

  If we are unable to complete the order, the 30% deposit that you have paid will be refunded.

  Once the shipment has gone out, True North will provide shipping documents including the Bill of lading, fumigation certificate where required, invoice and packing list.
