True North have an established process and quality system audited under ISO 9001: 2000 by BVQI of France.

	We do multiple inspections for new products or new factories.   We have a team of qualified inspectors who are stationed at the factory during critical stages in the production process.   We currently inspect 90% of all orders before shipment.
Products can be sent to accredited facilities for testing to international standards such as ANSI/BIFMA, BS, EN etc.
