Q: Are the prices all inclusive

A: Additional charges may apply for sending loose cargo (less than full containers) or where you request us to consolidate product from different factories.

Q: Can you provide insurance for the transit of our goods ?

A: Yes, when shipping full containers and LCL cargo via our recommended shipping company we will insure the shipment of the goods against any damage whilst in transit, until the time the consignment reaches the port (CIF) or your door (DDU)

Q: What are your payment terms and conditions ?

A: We have 2 options available for payment

1. Payment via Bank to Bank TT (Telegraphic Transfer) (Wire)

Upon order confirmation we request a 30% deposit. The balance to be paid by the time goods are completed and ready for shipment.

2. Letter of Credit for the full amount at sight from a major bank

Although we are happy to receive a letter of credit, our preference is for a Bank to Bank TT as it is far less costly.

Q: Can you provide Samples ?

A: Yes. We regularly provide samples of all products, however it is our policy to charge for sample requests above USD 75 and the shipping of these items. Alternatively, please provide an International courier account number for the purpose of sending samples ( Shipping via your requested method. ) If you request and receive samples and subsequently place an order we will credit that order to the value of the shipping costs. In effect, at that time the shipping cost of those samples are free of Charge

Q: What about the taxes and import duties in our country ?


A: These vary from country to country, we suggest you contact your local customs broker / agent for a quote and recommend you shop around ( in our experience prices differ greatly from broker to broker ). These costs are not included in our pricing.
